A "No-Mind" Approach to Reflexology:
Emotional Patterning and Dis-ease
Webinar
by Chantel C. Lucier, NCBR, RMT, CMT, CREd (USA)
As reflexologists, we often follow a medical model to find out what is “wrong” with our clients so we can address what is out of balance. This often results in a chasing of symptoms, which can reap short-term results, but may not serve as a long-term resolve. To truly address an area that is out of balance we must return to the origin: the emotion or thought that created it. Our thought patterns create behavioral patterns, which then produce emotional patterns. These emotional patterns become our reality. So, in order to change an existing imbalance in the body, we realign ourselves with the thought pattern that created it. This new “thought”, or non-thought, as it were, does not include the dysfunction or dis-ease. Based on the Buddhist principle of "No Mind," Chantel’s system aims to address the issue by tending to the origin of the dis-ease and ultimately the root cause. We address the thoughts and emotions knowing the body will follow. This webinar is 75 minutes long.
